My Approach:

I try to source a variety of high quality specialty coffee and roast with the intention of maximizing sweetness and balance in the final cup. Additionally, I focus on highlighting processing methods and terroir in the roasting process to maintain the uniqueness of our coffee offerings. Our lineup will include coffees from Central America, Mexico, Ethiopia, and Colombia, which produce some of my favorite coffees. I aim to offer a variety of coffees from these countries and source them during the season. I am currently roasting coffees on an Aillio Bullet V2 with roasting days being on Sundays and Thursdays. I frequently roast to order as well. Coffees ordered will be as close to the roasting date as possible.
 

 
My Mission:

The mission is the endless pursuit for a better cup of coffee. I find immense joy in crafting and sharing exceptional coffee and this project, born out of a hobby, has become a platform for me to continue improving in this art of coffee making. My mission is to grow this coffee journey to its fullest potential and invite anyone who loves coffee.
