mexican coffee was a coffee I wanted to include in my lineup as soon as I started my roasting business and because my mom is from Oaxaca, Mexico, I have a special place in my heart for that area. believe it or not i have not had many mexican coffees and didnt really know what to expect. this coffee does not disappoint. the flavor profile has a fruity influence but is incredibly rich and complex. much like our faceplant blend tasting fruity and chocolatey, this coffee does the same but it also stands alone in its own right. without a doubt, this coffee deserves its status as a unique single origin.
