since my dad is from honduras it was necessary for me to offer a coffee from that country. this coffee was originally not intended to be a single origin but that quickly changed once i cupped it. honduras has had so many hidden gems within the last years and this coffee is no different. there really isnt any crazy characteristics to this one but its just a really good cup of coffee.
