ethiopian natural coffees are what got me into specialty coffee. just being blown away by what coffee can actually taste like was an amazing experience. with ethiopia going through a civil war, coffee quality has suffered a bit from that region and its been hard to find good batches this year. i dont think that applies to this coffee. ive very much enjoyed the cups i've had from this batch.this coffee still shows all the characteristics that i love in natural ethiopian coffees. full bodied, velvety and fruity. this coffee still lives up to the hype.
